Author Notes: | Persefoni Polychronidou is an Assistant Professor of Applied Econometrics in Accounting and Finance at the Department of Economics at the International Hellenic University, Greece. Her research focuses on statistical and data analysis and she has published numerous papers on empirical economic data. Anastasios Karasavvoglou is a Professor of Economics at the International Hellenic University, Greece, and President of the annual international conference "The Economies of the Balkan and the Eastern European Countries in the Changing World". He has published numerous books and papers on immigration, regional development and the labour market. |
