His Majesties declaration to the City and Kingdom, concerning his present restraint under the power of the sword; and his propositions touching the Kingdom of Ireland, the citizens of London, the decay of trade, and his present suffering by the Army. Dated at Windsor Decemb. 21. 1648, and published for generall satisfaction to all those who desireth peace and true government. Also, a declaration from 18. counties, within the realm of England, concerning the King, the Parliament, and Army, and their resolution thereupon. Likewise, the proceedings of the councell of Warre, charge against the King, and his Majesty to be tryed at Windsor. And new propositions to his Excellency the Lord Gen. Fairfax, in reference to the King, City, and Kingdom.
